Global Kitchen

Global Kitchen is a restaurant simulator game designed to introduce players to different recipes and dishes from around the world they otherwise may never get to experience.

The game was inspired by the popular PC and mobile game Cooking Dash and allows you to play as head chef in a restaurant, cooking dishes to serve your hungry customers. You can select a dish from your recipe book to get started, and then you will need to reach all the appropriate cooking stations to complete the meal before your customer leaves! If after playing you're inspired to make the dish in your own home, we provide a link to each real recipe in game.

Global Kitchen was built using Pixi.js, a Javascript-based framework for rendering WebGL graphics, in combination with Redux to hold our game state and dispatch actions.
